All products are produced on-demand for each customer order. Therefore, we cannot process returns and/or exchanges due to customer error. Please double check your cart's contents prior to making your purchase.

What if my product is damaged?
Damaged products may be exchanged at no cost, or returned for a full refund (including shipping). Please contact customer service to process your refund for damaged products here.

How long does shipping take? 
Items ship within 1-2 business days then take an additional 1-5 business days in transit depending on your location. Occasionally shipments may take longer due to weather, national holidays, and other contingencies. We do not guarantee dates of delivery.
